We're looking for a motivated, results-driven Account Manager to join our fast-paced logistics brokerage team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on building strong customer relationships, growing freight accounts, and managing day-to-day load execution. You'll act as the main point of contact for shippers, ensuring freight moves efficiently while identifying opportunities to increase revenue and wallet share. You'll also coordinate with carrier partners and internal dispatch teams to deliver exceptional service. Manage and grow existing customer accounts by deepening relationships and identifying growth opportunities Book and dispatch freight loads, ensuring timely pick-up and delivery Serve as the primary point of contact for shippers on all freight-related matters Track and trace shipments, resolving any service issues with a sense of urgency Collaborate with carrier sales teams to secure truck capacity at competitive rates Analyze account performance metrics and develop strategic growth plans Maintain accurate records in CRM/TMS platforms Qualifications
Qualifications: 3+ years in a freight brokerage, logistics, or transportation environment Strong understanding of TL, + LTL operations Proven success managing customer relationships and growing revenue Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
