Senior Manager Of Facilities

Midwest Vision Partners is seeking a Senior Manager of Facilities to lead real estate and construction projects, including lease negotiations, TI allowances, expansions, new builds, and relocations. This role ensures projects align with company growth goals and remain on budget. The ideal candidate is a strategic negotiator and skilled project manager with experience in real estate and facility operations. This position also manages a team of 1-4 direct reports. Real Estate & Lease Management

Negotiate lease terms, renewals, and closures to optimize MVP's real estate portfolio

Secure TI allowances for expansion projects and lease negotiations

Maintain and manage all leases, ensuring compliance with terms and identifying opportunities for cost savings

Handle tax appeals with attorneys for MVP properties

Act as the escalation point for landlords not meeting contractual obligations

Construction & Expansion Project Management

Oversee all real estate construction projects, including expansions, new developments (de novos), and relocations

Own and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets for all construction initiatives

Collaborate with Regional Directors to build Return on Investment (ROI) analyses and use them to budget for construction projects

Maintain budgets and control costs for all real estate and construction-related expenses

Manage all office closures and relocations, ensuring smooth transitions for staff and patients

Facility & Operations Oversight

Maintain responsibility for all storage units across MVP, ensuring cost-effectiveness and optimal utilization

Develop and maintain strong relationships with brokers, attorneys, landlords, and the MVP Operations team

To be successful in this role, you will have the following experience or knowledge: Education: Bachelor's degree

in Real Estate, Business Administration, Construction Management, or a related field (preferred)

Experience: 5+ years of experience

in real estate, lease negotiations, construction management, or a similar field

Strong negotiation skills with a proven ability to secure favorable lease terms and TI allowances

Experience managing multiple large-scale construction projects, budgets, and timelines simultaneously

Strong financial acumen, with experience in budgeting and ROI analysis for real estate investments

Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to manage escalations with landlords and contractors

Strong relationship management skills, with experience working with brokers, attorneys, and operations teams

Highly organized with the ability to oversee multiple projects while maintaining attention to detail
