Weekend Shift!! Pay:

$32.00/hr + $6.00/hr shift differential (totaling $38/hr once on weekend shift) Shift:

Friday - Sunday 6am-6pm...................(Training will be on weekday day shift until weekend shift opens up) Location:

Waterloo, IN Position: Reporting to the Production Manager, the role of the Production Supervisor is to monitor our production operations and ensure that we deliver maximum quality. Duties may include monitoring employees, organizing workflows and analyzing the efficiency of manufacturing processes. Duties/Responsibilities: Actively partners with Plant Manager, Maintenance, and Quality (QA/QC) to ensure operation of the facility. Troubleshoots to resolve manufacturing and maintenance problems to prevent delays. Communicates status and defects to the maintenance team. Develops measures to continuously improve production, Quality and performance via programs such as 5S. Initiates coaching and development programs for the production team in alignment with Techo-Bloc's goals (such as toolbox talks, safety initiatives and Capex projects). Builds relationships with workgroup; motivate employees, be a positive source of influence, lead by example and encourage autonomous work through empowerment. Plans production staff schedules according to the production schedule and absences. Performs quality inspections and ensures continuous training of production employees in this area. Oversee manufacturing operations, while accurately tracking and recording KPI's. Ensure product quality standards are met through inspections and material testing procedures. Safety-focused; ensures compliance with OSHA programs and ensures correct procedures are utilized (PPE, Lockout/Tagout, etc). Actively makes rounds ensuring production and Quality goals are being met by spending 80% of work time on the floor. Qualifications

Required Experience/Skills: 3+ Years' in a Production Supervisor, Maintenance Supervisor or relevant leadership role. Manufacturing Experience; Familiarity with standard equipment and technical expertise. Strong mechanical aptitude with excellent troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills. Strong Hydraulics, Compressor, and Pneumatics aptitude and ability to find root cause and troubleshoot system issues. High School Diploma or GED equivalent (highly preferred) Authentic, collaborative leadership style; builds partnerships and shared objectives among departments and locations. Excellent communicator, both verbal and written. Ability to teach, train and explain methodology behind objectives. Organized, detail-oriented; plans and prioritizes work to meet organizational goals. Self-sufficient, problem solver. Gathers and analyzes information to troubleshoot issues. Why Work for Us?
