What You'll Do:
Drive Outreach & Generate Referrals Develop and execute effective outreach strategies to attract qualified client referrals.
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key community partners, including healthcare professionals, senior living communities, and local organizations.
Build Relationships & Network Represent
Caring Senior Service
at community events, health fairs, and networking groups.
Establish trust with local partners to ensure a steady stream of referrals and build long-lasting relationships.
Track & Monitor Progress Track all referral activities, ensuring you hit your monthly outreach and sales goals.
Partner with office staff and caregivers to ensure the referral process is seamless and clients receive exceptional service.
What We're Looking For:
Proven Experience:
A background in sales, business development, or outreach, ideally in
home care
,
healthcare
, or
senior care services
.
Strong Communication & Interpersonal Skills:
Ability to build relationships and effectively communicate with professionals, families, and the community.
Self-Motivated & Organized:
Someone who can work independently and is passionate about creating positive outcomes for seniors.
Travel-Ready:
Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally across the service area to meet with potential referral sources.
Compensation & Benefits:
Base Salary:
