APP - Primary Care in Bristol, CT

Position Overview:
An established multi-provider adult primary care practice in Bristol, CT is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant. The clinic is conveniently located in central Connecticut, approximately 30 minutes from both New Haven and Hartford.

Shift Detail: Tuesday - Friday / Full-Time

Role Scope:
Under established protocols and in collaboration with supervising physicians, Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants will:
Perform routine physical exams
Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans addressing medical, educational, and psychosocial needs
Coordinate further evaluation or referrals as needed
Provide care within scope and refer appropriately for conditions outside scope

Qualifications:
Licensure: Eligible for or currently holding an unrestricted Connecticut medical license
Education/Training: APRN (Family, Adult/Geriatric) or Physician Assistant certification
Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a primary care or relevant outpatient setting
