Coverage is needed with completion of credentialing

Qualifications:

• Active TN license or Active IMLC
• Board Certified

• M-F 3pm-5p and sat and Sun 8A-5P
• S-S BD 0.64% CR 8.90% CT 33.21% MG 12.54% MR 7.43% NM 0.51% RF 0.71% US 7.05% Inpatient Routine, Other Routine, Stat, Stroke,
