Summary:
SMART is seeking a Diagnostic Radiologist for locum coverage in Florida, with a start date upon completion of credentialing. The role requires an active Florida license and involves standard Monday to Friday hours with no call or weekends. Candidates should be board certified or board eligible within five years of training, with skills in all areas of diagnostic radiology including MRI, CT, and Ultrasound.
Details:
Start date: Approximately 60-90 days from offer, upon credentialing completion.
Qualifications: Board Certified / Board Eligible
License Requirements: Active Florida License required.
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm
No call, no weekends
Minimum availability: 5 shifts per month
EMR: CERNER
Required Skillset:
All areas of diagnostic radiology, including plain film, fluoroscopy, nuclear medicine, MRI, CT, ultrasound.
Having experience with LIR is a plus.
Case distribution: 60% cross-sectional studies, 40% plain films.
Board eligibility accepted only if within 5 years of training completion.
SMART provides malpractice coverage, travel, and accommodations for all locum assignments.
