Neonatologist " Full-Time, Regional Level IV NICU Job Description: Deliver expert care to critically ill neonates in a high-volume Regional Level IV NICU (average census: 55 patients; approximately 1,400 admissions annually). Collaborate with Maternal-Fetal Medicine, Obstetric Hospitalists, and a range of pediatric medical and surgical subspecialists, including cardiovascular care. Participate in advanced neonatal services, including maternal and neonatal transport, whole-body cooling, inhaled nitric oxide (iNO) therapy, palliative care, telemedicine, and care for extremely low birth weight infants. Engage in continuous quality improvement (CQI) programs to maintain high standards of care. Work in an academic environment with integrated residency and fellowship programs. Support a collaborative, supportive, and family-focused work culture. Permanent, full-time position; local residency required. Relocation may be needed. Not accepting locum or visa candidates.
