Position Title: EEDW ECHS Program Coordinator
Supervisor: David Bowman, Project Director, Executive Director Four Corners Regional Education Cooperative #1
Location: REC #1 program office, Farmington, NM
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with internal and external EEDW Team Members to implement research-based activities in 10 Early College High Schools related to increasing enrollment in dual credit IT courses;
- Maintain ongoing support and guidance for school personnel regarding promoting and supporting IT enrollment, dual credit enrollment;
- Prepare resources for students and school personnel regarding dual credit IT courses and the value of IT courses across career clusters;
- Coordinate a Fall 2025 Student Technology conference and a Spring 2026 conference for school personnel and higher education partners;
- Prepare customized messaging and other communications for target students and collaborate with school personnel on their delivery;
- Assist school personnel in utilizing support funding, including reviews of funding requests, per established timelines;
- Collect data on research activities and student enrollments in IT courses;
- Conduct semi-annual on-site visits to participating Early College High Schools;
- Participate in meetings with project team, evaluation team, federal officers, and similar stakeholders;
- Perform other responsibilities as necessary for successful project implementation.

Position Qualifications
- 8+ years in program administration;
- 5+ years managing federally funded programs;
- 5+ years in school administration;
- Minimum Masters degree in an education-related field.
Note: Funding is based on a federal grant that will terminate on or before December 31, 2026. The position will not continue past this period.
