Bothell, WA (Hybrid/Remote considered) Ardor Digital Inc. is a minority-owned, federally recognized technology solutions provider specializing in IT consulting, digital transformation, and data-driven modernization for government and industry clients. Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Feasibility Study Consultant to join our team for a public sector digital services modernization engagement. You will work closely with our consulting team and the client agency to evaluate and document business and technical requirements, analyze modernization options, and produce a comprehensive feasibility study to guide future state application enhancements. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate closely with the client agency and Ardor Digital stakeholders to understand current online services/applications, user needs, and agency operations. Identify, document, and synthesize high-level business and technical requirements for digital transformation. Conduct analysis of organizational impacts, costs, benefits, risks, and viable solution alternatives. Lead or participate in focus groups, interviews, and data-gathering activities with client subject matter experts. Prepare project deliverables, including project schedules, deliverable expectation documents, assessment summaries, draft and final feasibility study reports. Ensure all deliverables adhere to state standards (including OCIO guidelines) and incorporate agency feedback promptly. Support project management—track tasks, deliverables, and key milestones to ensure timely completion. Required Qualifications: Proven experience performing business analysis, feasibility studies, or large-scale systems assessments in the public sector—preferably within retirement systems or similar government operations. Familiarity with digital service delivery, online user account systems, and employer/vendor portals. Strong analytical and organizational skills, with the ability to synthesize technical and business input into actionable reports. Excellent written and verbal communication skills for stakeholder engagement and executive-level reporting. Experience meeting state agency or government IT compliance standards is a plus. Project-based contract running through May 2026, with clear milestone-based deliverables.
