Job Summary: Seeking an experienced SAP EAM Functional Consultant to lead the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP EAM solutions. Requires deep functional expertise in EAM/Plant Maintenance (PM/SM), strong integration skills, and hands-on S/4HANA full-cycle implementation experience. Key Responsibilities: Lead full lifecycle SAP EAM implementations from requirements gathering to post-go-live support. Conduct workshops and blueprinting to analyze processes, identify gaps, and design future solutions. Configure EAM modules (PM/SM, PS) to meet business requirements. Translate business requirements into design documents and implement configurations. Support maintenance and asset management transformation initiatives with best-practice solutions. Define functional specifications for custom developments, integrations, and data migration. Align EAM solutions with enterprise technology strategies. Act as liaison between business users, technical teams, vendors, and stakeholders. Communicate business impacts of new technologies and enhancements. Support change management, end-user training, and adoption. Provide post-implementation support and continuous improvement recommendations. Qualifications & Experience: 12+ years SAP EAM/Plant Maintenance functional experience. 2+ full-cycle SAP implementations (greenfield or brownfield) with S/4HANA EAM. Strong configuration and solutioning in PM, SM, and PS modules. M&A and platform consolidation experience a plus. Deep knowledge of integration with MM, FI, CRM, and third-party systems. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Excellent communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Experience in planning, budgeting, and managing deliverables and risks.
