Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced SAP Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) Functional Consultant to lead the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP EAM solutions.
The ideal candidate will have deep functional expertise in SAP EAM/Plant Maintenance (PM/SM), strong integration knowledge across SAP modules, and hands-on experience delivering full-cycle S/4HANA implementations.
Key Responsibilities Lead full lifecycle SAP EAM implementations, from requirements gathering to post-go-live support. Conduct business workshops and blueprinting sessions to analyze current processes and design future-state solutions. Configure SAP EAM modules (PM/SM, PS) to meet business requirements. Translate business requirements into system design documents and implement configurations. Support plant maintenance and asset management transformation initiatives. Define and document functional specifications for custom developments, integrations, and data migration. Collaborate with EAM architects and IT leadership to align SAP EAM solutions with enterprise strategies. Serve as a liaison between business users, technical teams, vendors, and project stakeholders. Identify and communicate business impacts of new technologies and enhancements. Support change management, end-user training, and solution adoption. Provide post-implementation support and continuous improvement recommendations. Required Qualifications
Minimum 10 years of hands-on experience in SAP EAM/Plant Maintenance functional roles. At least 2 full-cycle SAP implementations (greenfield or brownfield), including S/4HANA EAM. Strong expertise in configuration and solutioning across EAM modules – PM, SM, and PS. Deep understanding of integration points with SAP modules such as MM, FI, and CRM. Experience in mergers and acquisitions with platform consolidation is a plus. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Excellent communication skills for both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Experience in planning, budgeting, and managing engagement risk and deliverables. Preferred Qualifications
Experience with third-party system integrations. Exposure to SAP Fiori and modern user experience tools. Familiarity with asset-intensive industries such as manufacturing, utilities, or transportation.
