BCG Attorney Search
A law firm seeks an Associate Attorney with over five years of litigation experience to join its New Haven, Connecticut office. The successful candidate will assist in defending Rideshare Liability, Product Liability, and various General Liability cases.
Duties
Defend clients in Rideshare Liability cases. Handle Product Liability litigation. Manage a variety of General Liability cases. Collaborate with team members to develop case strategies. Conduct legal research and draft legal documents. Requirements
Minimum of five years of litigation experience. Experience in Rideshare and Product Liability preferred. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Education
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Certifications
Admitted to practice law in Connecticut. Skills
