We are seeking a
Service Communications Advisor
to support and enhance communication strategies within our client service operations. In this role, you will act as a bridge between service teams and clients, ensuring clear, consistent, and timely information is delivered across all platforms. Your ability to simplify complex messages and provide excellent customer-focused communication is critical to our success.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement internal and external communication strategies for service operations Draft service notifications, client updates, and support documentation Coordinate with technical teams to ensure accurate messaging for product/service issues Manage real-time updates during service incidents or outages Maintain service knowledge bases and communication templates Monitor client feedback to identify communication improvement areas Support training materials and internal briefings for the service team

Bachelor's degree in Communications, Business, or a related field 2+ years of experience in a communications, service advisory, or client-facing role Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines Understanding of customer service workflows and technical environments Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving Proficiency with tools such as Microsoft Office Suite, CRM systems, and knowledge base platforms
