Senior Talent Acquisition Partner responsible for leading recruitment activities, sourcing candidates, developing pipelines, ensuring compliance, supporting diversity initiatives, and partnering with hiring managers to meet organizational staffing needs. Education : Bachelor’s degree or equivalent recruiting experience required Related Work Experience and Other Skills : At least 5 years recruiting experience Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) Strong organizational, interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills Excellent facilitation and presentation skills Good judgment and strategic thinking Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially Workday experience is a plus Job Roles : Coordinate recruiting and selection activities, including screening, presenting candidates, negotiating offers, and guiding through onboarding Source candidates via databases, job boards, networks, and social media Develop talent pipelines and sourcing strategies in partnership with hiring managers Ensure compliance with employment laws and support diversity, equity, and inclusion goals Build relationships with community organizations and participate in job fairs Maintain ATS and report analytics Support organizational recruitment strategies and process improvements Mentor Talent Acquisition Partners and participate in special projects Methodist Health System is a faith-based organization committed to compassionate healthcare, recognized for its growth and excellence, with numerous awards and a strong community presence.
