This role is essential in driving efficient production schedules and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products in a dynamic, 24/7 manufacturing environment. Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager, you will contribute to seamless operations across multiple production lines.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and manage production schedules for high volume of weekly batches, ensuring timely completion to meet customer demands.Coordinate with procurement to secure raw material availability from sourcing to final production.Collaborate with department supervisors to monitor progress and adjust schedules to minimize delays.Maintain accurate planning data and Bills of Materials within ERP systems.Analyze supply and demand to optimize inventory levels, preventing shortages or excess stock.QualificationsMinimum of 3 years of production planning experience in a manufacturing environment.Strong knowledge of production scheduling and quality control principles.Proficiency in ERP systems, Manufacturing Resource Planning (MRP II), and Microsoft Office.Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.Ability to support scheduling adjustments, including availability for overnight hours in a 24/7 operation.Compensation and BenefitsSalary Range: $70,000-$80,000 annuallyBenefits: Health insurance, dental, vision, 401(k), paid time off, and moreEqual Opportunity Employer Statement:Adecco Permanent Recruitment is an Equal Opportunity Employer/Veterans/Disabled.
