Job Description Infosys is seeking a strong UX/UI Designer. In this role, you will be responsible for creating user-centered designs for digital products, focusing on both user experience (UX) and user interface (UI). Responsibilities include conducting user research, creating wireframes and prototypes, collaborating with stakeholders, and ensuring the final product is functional and visually appealing. You will also design, architect, and document solutions to ensure maintainability, conduct reviews to follow best practices, and solve business problems. Additionally, you will identify, design, and implement internal process improvements.
This position is based out of Denver, Saint Louis, MO, Charlotte, NC. Candidates can work remotely from anywhere in the USA within MST, CST, or EST time zones. Travel to project locations may be required.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution. Three years of progressive experience can substitute each year of education.
At least 7 years of IT experience.
Experience in digital marketing and technology, with efficient design solutions aligned with business goals.
Experience in Product Management, Mobile Applications, Visual Design, User Interviews.
Experience with Mobile Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Cross-functional collaboration.
Proficiency with Adobe Suite, HTML, CSS, and CAD.
Design, development, and operations experience with scalable, fault-tolerant systems.
Preferred Skills
Experience with Figma.
Experience with Microsoft Office, website management, and analytics.
Strong communication and analytical skills.
Ability to work in diverse, multi-stakeholder environments.
Experience and interest in working in a global delivery environment.
