Manage proposal workflows through Snapshot or Tally
Lead discussions around digital rights, policy updates, and community decisions
Educate members on governance participation and proposal structure
Qualifications: Background in managing Web3, DAO, or NFT communities
Familiarity with governance tooling and token-based decision making
