Customer Service Representative
Location : Redwood City, CA 94063
Duration:
3 Months + with possible extension/conversion
HYBRID -
2 days in office (RWC) 3 day WFH - first 2 weeks will be M-Thurs onsite for training (Fridays WFH).
7:15-3:45 or 7:30-4 (Flexibility needed)
There will be one Saturday in October candidate is expected for training.
Summary
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
Great customer service 3. Basic computer experience (Word, Excel, Outlook).
In this role, you will be point of contact for everyone with questions about any parking/transportation questions.
They will be answering calls, processing permits, responding to emails & voicemails.
Must have a friendly personality, and understand they could be dealing with students, executives, guests, etc. Customer service is key!
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Minimum three years of customer service experience or combination of education and experience.
Excellent customer service experience and proven ability to meet performance standards.
Ability to learn policies and procedures and correctly provide that information to customers and use it to make sound decisions.
Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions.
Strong multitasking skills.
Positive attitude, friendly and professional.
Fluent in English and Spanish.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills, customer focused and adaptable.
Strong computer skills.
Experience with Outlook, Google docs and sheets.
Strong organizational and analytical skills, strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Quick learner, self-motivated, problem solver, ability to de-escalate upset customers.
