We’re looking for a highly organized, proactive professional to manage our office operations

and

provide direct executive support to firm partners. This hybrid role is perfect for someone who can keep the big picture running smoothly while handling high-priority tasks for leadership.

What You’ll Do:

Oversee daily office operations, supplies, scheduling, and CRM records.

Coordinate meetings, events, and client communications.

Assist with billing and maintain confidential client files.

Directly support partners with calendar management, email oversight, and task organization.

Serve as a liaison to ensure priorities are met and workflows run efficiently.

What We’re Looking For:

3–5+ years in office administration, executive support, or both.

Strong organization, multitasking, and communication skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office; QuickBooks, Canopy, or Lacerte a plus.

Discretion with sensitive information and a proactive problem-solver mindset.
