Receptionist/Administrative Assistant

to support smooth day-to-day operations at our Vernon office. This individual will be the first point of contact for our team and visitors, and a key player in keeping our workplace organized, efficient, and running with positive energy.

In this role, you'll support multiple managers and directors, handle scheduling, manage communications, and keep the front office environment professional and welcoming. If you're a go-getter with a knack for staying organized, communicating clearly, and juggling multiple priorities with grace, we want to hear from you.

What You'll Own & Impact:

• Provide front desk coverage and greet guests during business hours

• Answer and direct incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner

• Coordinate meeting schedules, conference rooms, and internal events

• Manage office supply inventory and coordinate with vendors for restocking

• Support minor IT tasks, including laptop setup and troubleshooting

• Assist senior leadership with administrative tasks and special projects

• Open, sort, and distribute incoming mail and packages

• Maintain functionality of office equipment (printers, copiers, etc.)

• Contribute to internal/external event planning and coordination

• Assist in creating reports, presentations, and general documentation

What Sets You Apart:

• 2–4 years of administrative or office support experience

• Comfortable interacting with executives, employees, vendors, and the public

• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, PowerPoint)

• Professional demeanor, strong organizational skills, and exceptional attention to detail

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to prioritize tasks independently in a fast-paced environment

• High level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information

Location & Schedule:

This is a full-time, on-site role based in our Vernon, CA office. Standard business hours apply, with occasional flexibility needed for special projects or events.
