Part-Time Behavioral Health Therapist
Salary Range:
Master's Level: $58,011 - $69,618 annually based on relevant years of experience
Master's Licensed: $66,040 - $79,217 annually based on relevant years of experience
Location:
Fort Collins, Colorado at our Bristlecone location Status: Part-Time Work Schedule: Monday through Friday with at least one night until 8:00 PM Role Overview: As a Behavioral Health Therapist, your role will be pivotal in delivering effective mental health care to clients struggling with a range of mental health and substance use disorders. You will conduct ongoing assessments and develop intervention strategies, including de-escalation and safety planning, while maintaining comprehensive clinical records. This position emphasizes collaboration with both internal and external support services, fostering a multi-faceted approach to care. Essential Duties: Provide direct client care, including case management, behavioral health screenings, assessments, and both individual and group therapy sessions. Facilitate Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) groups and collaborate actively with the IOP team. Act as a clinical resource to various stakeholders, including clinical staff and case managers. Ensure knowledge and adherence to professional policies and procedures. Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the planning, implementation, and evaluation of clinical services. Perform behavioral health screenings alongside medical providers to identify treatment needs. Coordinate care effectively within SummitStone and with community agencies. Deliver crisis intervention services, including assessment and de-escalation techniques. Maintain accurate clinical documentation and support team dynamics. Provide excellent customer service, responding to inquiries and concerns promptly. Participate in meetings, committees, and projects as assigned. Other duties as assigned. Required Qualifications: Master's degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution. License track in LCSW, LPC, LMFT, CAS, or LAC. A minimum of one year of experience in the behavioral health field. At least one year of experience working with clients facing mild to severe mental health issues and substance use disorders. Preferred Qualifications: Bilingual or bi-cultural candidates are preferred. Note:
