We are seeking an administrator to join our growing Insurance Restoration Division as a TPA Administrator & Insurance Sales Liaison. This hybrid role is responsible for managing third-party administrator (TPA) referral programs and serving as the communication bridge between our internal teams, homeowners, and insurance carriers.
You will play a critical role in maintaining compliance with TPA requirements while supporting the sales team in navigating insurance claims from start to finish. This is a high-impact, process-driven role ideal for candidates who thrive on detail, follow-through, and client coordination.
What You'll Do:
TPA Administration:
Manage contractor referral program jobs (e.g., Contractor Connection, Alacrity, Lionsbridge, Sedgwick) Submit estimates, compliance documents, photos, invoices, and warranty paperwork on strict timelines Track performance KPIs such as cycle time, documentation accuracy, and approval rates Ensure milestones are properly completed in TPA platforms to release payment Maintain detailed notes and updates in company CRM (Salesforce) Monitor and adapt to changing TPA guidelines to ensure ongoing compliance Insurance Sales Liaison:
Act as primary liaison between homeowners, insurance adjusters, TPAs, and internal sales reps Follow up with adjusters on supplements, scope changes, and pending estimate approvals Provide clear, daily job updates in Salesforce regarding insurance status, approvals, and tasks Coordinate and assign checklist items to sales reps (photos, signatures, contracts, inspection notes) to ensure full documentation approval Assist homeowners in understanding claims paperwork, depreciation, ACV/RCV, and final invoice timing Prepare documentation packets and supplement files to support faster claim approvals Train sales team members on documentation protocols and insurance communication best practices Help track insurance payments and coordinate with finance for collections Qualifications:
2-4 years working with contractor referral programs (TPAs) such as Contractor Connection, Alacrity, or Lionsbridge Ability to work a fulltime schedule (M-F 9-5) onsite Background in roofing, insurance restoration, mitigation, or storm-related contracting Familiarity with estimating platforms (Xactimate, Symbility, CoreLogic) Strong written and verbal communication skills Experience with Salesforce, JobNimbus, Dash, Encircle, or similar CRM/project tools Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet tight turnaround times in a fast-paced environment Experience supplementing claims or managing estimate revisions Prior client- or adjuster-facing insurance sales or coordination role Familiarity with XactAnalysis, Encircle, or third-party photo/inspection tools
