Climb Higher (About the Job)
Responsible for management of large-scale wireless infrastructure projects for new site build and modifications to existing facilities. Responsible for fostering and maintaining customer relationships, managing budgets, projects timelines, goals, internal staff and external vendors in accordance with existing contract terms and conditions. Accountable for achieving project milestones and revenue targets for all assigned projects. The Project Manager will manage cross-functional teams of professional and technical resources, construction managers, directly employed crews and subcontractors through numerous project milestones through project completion, in compliance with established processes and policies established by the company, the client, and regulatory agencies.
This position provides the primary interface between the company and the customer. Work is performed with minimal direction and reviewed by senior management. This position is 80% office and 20% field
Your Work that Keeps us Connected (Job Responsibilities)
Manage large-scale projects that include multiple disciplines.
Manage all project activities including but not limited to pre-construction services, coordination with architectural and engineering services, permitting, internal pre-deployment meetings, client deployment meetings, material ordering.
Creates and executes project work plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements of the project.
Oversee activities associated with projects.
Interface with clients and management on a daily basis as to the status of these projects. Ensure workflow is being achieved and milestones are being reached in a timely fashion.
Provide management direction, supervision and leadership for the Project Team. Insure the successful completion of all project deliverables, and contract compliance.
Create and maintain strong client / customer relations and communication.
Continually seeks opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and deepen client relationships.
Interpret Contract Documents, communicate scope of work to project team and develop schedule and budget forecasts.
Conducts weekly meetings with project staff to review individual site progress; oversee project tracking and documentation.
Establish, manage and control budget.
Manages exposure to risk on the project.
Resolves and/or escalates issues in a timely fashion.
Ensures timely and accurate invoicing, and monitors receivables for project.
Signal Strength (Qualifications)
College degree to 5 ‑ 7 years construction Project Management in the wireless or related field
Must understand contracts, plans, and specifications, and be knowledgeable about construction methods, materials, and regulations. Familiarity with computers and software programs for job costing, online collaboration, scheduling and estimating
Project managers should be flexible and work effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
Must be decisive and work well under pressure, particularly when faced with unexpected occurrences or delays.
The ability to coordinate several major activities at once, while analyzing and resolving specific problems, is essential, as is an understanding of engineering, architectural, and other construction drawings.
Must have good oral and written communication skills.
Managers must be able to establish a good working relationship with many different people, including clients, other managers, designers, superintendents, and crew.
Project managers may be "on call" to deal with delays, the effects of bad weather, or emergencies at the site.
OSHA 30 hr required

Extensive travel to the construction site when it isn't close to the main office or when responsible for activities at two or more sites.
