THE OPPORTUNITY
Were looking for a
Project Manager
to lead projects for this client from pre-construction to completion, ensuring theyre delivered on time, on budget, and up to our high standards. If youre someone who takes pride in accountability, leadership, and delivering real resultsyoull fit right in.
Youll be the engine behind the construction operations, working closely with the company owner, field teams, superintendents, and subcontractors to ensure excellence across all phases of a project.
Drive projects to completionon time, on budget, and to spec
Coordinate and schedule subcontractors, vendors, and inspections
Monitor job site safety and construction quality control
Lead meetings with subcontractors and internal teams
Review project plans, track progress, and manage budgets
Help bid new work and evaluate potential cost-saving opportunities
Mentor Project Managers and Junior Project Managers within the company
Foster strong communication across all levelsinternal and external
Take ownership of project outcomes and continuously look for ways to improve

WHAT THE QUALIFIED CANDIDATE SHOULD BRING TO THE TABLE:
Bachelors degree in Construction Management, Architecture, or Engineering preferred
5 or more years' experience
PMP or equivalent certification preferred
Solid experience in commercial construction, including budgeting, scheduling, and safety management
Strong leadership skills and proven ability to manage teams and timelines
Comfortable on-site, in the office, and everywhere in between
Detail-oriented, highly organized, and deadline-driven
Excellent communicatorable to collaborate with trades, clients, and senior leadership alike
