This pivotal role involves crafting and executing a comprehensive product strategy while driving innovation in our SaaS/AI product offerings. You will spearhead product management and marketing efforts with a keen eye on business alignment and market positioning. The ideal candidate is a seasoned leader with a successful track record in high-growth, private equity-backed companies, especially in SaaS, data analytics, platform development, DevOps, and AI/ML integration. As the Head of Product and Engineering, you will set and implement the technology strategy, oversee global engineering and DevOps, and ensure our platform's scalability and growth. Qualified applicants should possess a minimum of 10 years of experience in product and technology leadership, including roles at the executive level. Strong expertise in SaaS platforms, product lifecycle management, DevOps, and data architecture is essential. A solid understanding of deploying AI/ML in customer-facing features as well as internal engineering processes will set you apart. Excellent communication skills, executive presence, and a data-driven mindset are crucial for success. While experience in healthcare technology—especially with EHR integration, contact center solutions, or patient engagement platforms—is advantageous, it is not a requirement.
