Bilingual Customer Service Representative (Spanish)

Join our team as a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, where you will play a key role in assisting wholesale and retail customers in finding the perfect Sherwin-Williams products. Your expertise will help shape positive experiences, ensuring that customers feel valued and informed. As a Customer Service Representative, your primary responsibilities will include: Delivering outstanding customer service while achieving sales goals. Assisting customers in person and over the phone to determine their needs and present suitable products and services. Building strong trust relationships with both wholesale and retail clients. Accurately processing sales transactions and adhering to company policies. Maintaining accurate work order files and formulas. Pulling appropriate products from the sales floor or warehouse. Tinting and mixing products according to customer specifications. Stocking shelves and arranging attractive displays. Cleaning store equipment and maintaining in-stock conditions. Loading/unloading delivery trucks and assisting with deliveries as needed. Staying knowledgeable about product offerings to provide informed advice. Complying with inventory control procedures and suggesting improvements for sales. This position requires working at multiple locations: Store #1485, 851 E. Ridge Rd. Rochester; 1678 - 4400 Dewey Ave Rochester; 1054 - 2200 Penfield Rd. Penfield; and 1443 - 7387 Pittsford-Victor. You may also be needed at other stores within a 30-mile radius. Minimum Requirements: Must be at least 18 years of age. Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without requiring sponsorship. Must be able to communicate effectively in English and Spanish. Must possess a valid, unrestricted Driver's License. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs on occasion. Willingness to work scheduled hours, including evenings and weekends. Preferred Qualifications: High School diploma or GED. At least one year of experience in retail or customer service. Experience selling paint and related products. Familiarity with tinting and mixing equipment.
