What Makes Our Workplace Unique: Flexible hours to promote a healthy work-life balance Empowerment in your role with the opportunity to make a meaningful impact Growth prospects and hands-on training A relaxed atmosphere with friendly and supportive coworkers Engaging company perks and a people-first culture Your Key Responsibilities: Accurately code and abstract patient encounters, including diagnostic procedures, significant reportable elements, and complications Research and analyze data requirements for optimal reimbursement Examine medical records and identify documentation deficiencies Assign appropriate codes for reimbursement, ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines Develop and execute action plans to resolve discrepancies and prevent coding errors Safeguard the confidentiality and integrity of financial and protected patient files Manage physician credentialing Act as a coding consultant to staff and providers What We're Seeking: High school diploma or equivalent Certification in ICD-10 and CPT coding At least 2 years of experience in a similar role Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to handle sensitive situations Availability for full-time hours (40 hours/week) Primary work location:
