As a Registered Nurse in this role, you will provide top-notch, patient-centered care while collaborating with medical professionals to ensure comprehensive treatment. You will serve as an advocate for patients, embodying our vision and values to enhance their experiences and clinical outcomes. Your Key Responsibilities: Conduct thorough assessments of patients during admission and at every shift, promptly addressing any changes in their health status. Carry out medical procedures, monitor patient conditions, and meticulously document care provided in patient records. Respond swiftly to patient needs and proactively manage their comfort and care. Educate patients and families about medical conditions, treatments, and medication management, ensuring clarity and understanding. Qualifications:
Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification must be obtained within the first 30 days of employment. NIH Stroke Scale certification must be completed within the first 30 days of employment. Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse. Minimum of an Associate Degree in Nursing.
