DFW Your Key Responsibilities: Be the Customer Champion:
Maintain and grow strong relationships with existing clients while identifying new opportunities to expand our footprint. Own the Jobsite:
Visit project sites regularly, resolve issues proactively, and ensure our solutions are delivered with precision and professionalism. Drive Innovation:
Provide valuable market feedback and insights to help shape future product enhancements and service offerings. Collaborate & Support:
Partner with Account Managers to promote our product lines and support sales efforts across your region. Stay Ahead of the Curve:
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to keep UFP Site Built at the forefront of the industry. Keep It Moving:
Handle job setups, attend pre-construction meetings, and perform drive-bys to ensure every detail is covered. What You Bring High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred 2-4 years of experience in construction or a related field Strong communication and relationship-building skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Manufacturing or prefabrication experience is a plus Familiarity with UFP's culture, products, and processes is a bonus Why Join UFP Site Built?
