As a Nurse Manager, you will oversee high-quality, patient-centered care by managing daily functions and staffing of the NICU. Your leadership will be crucial in ensuring compliance with standards of care, operationalizing evidence-based practices, and achieving clinical excellence. Your key responsibilities include: Monitoring and evaluating nursing care in accordance with established policies and ensuring accountability for quality outcomes. Facilitating interdisciplinary care coordination to meet patient needs effectively. Developing strategies to enhance the patient experience and improve customer satisfaction. Attracting, developing, and retaining top talent, and providing coaching and feedback to team members. Managing staffing and operating expenses in alignment with productivity guidelines. This role requires a Registered Nurse with a diploma and specific certifications, including Basic Cardiac Life Support and Neonate Resuscitation, obtained within set time frames after employment begins.
