Pay Range: $70,000 - $90,000

WHAT YOU’LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR IN THIS ROLE

JOB DESCRIPTION:

The Business Systems Analyst will play a pivotal role in optimizing and enhancing our business processes through the strategic use of technology. This position reports to the Master Data Supervisor and involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify system requirements, troubleshoot, and implement changes that drive efficiency and support business objectives.

JOB DUTIES:

Requirements Gathering & Analysis: Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document system requirements, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

EDI Maintenance: Assisting the sales team with appropriate mapping to optimize sales order processing

Product Information Management: Manage Finished Goods data and information between the ERP and different platforms like 1WorldSync.

Data Management & Reporting: Develop and maintain Master data records including setting up items, bill of materials, customers and suppliers accounts as well as maintaining exception reports.

User Support & Training: Provide support to end-users, ensuring effective utilization of systems and tools.

Price Management: Entering contract pricing for new and existing customers daily (The role entails extensive data entry responsibilities)

Maintain customer and vendor accounts within the ERP and review any requests for changing payment terms.

Create new and maintain existing GL Accounts within the ERP.

Setting up capitalized assets within the ERP (equipment etc.)

Perform other duties as assigned

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

Required Skills and Abilities:

Strong understanding of ERP systems (e.g., JD Edwards)

Strong attention to detail is essential, as the role requires frequent and precise data entry

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and data reporting. (PowerBI, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, etc)

Effective communicator with a collaborative, team-first mindset.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Demonstrated detail-, ability to work quickly, accurately, and within deadlines

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

1–3 years of experience in business systems analysis or a related role.

Proven ability to work independently; must be a self-starter who takes initiative.

Valid Driver's license with clean driving record

Qualifications:

Experience with ERP systems (

JD Edwards, Oracle

) is .

Familiarity with Business Intelligence tools is a plus.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

Work is performed primarily in a standard office environment with frequent interruptions.

Ability and mobility to work in an office setting; to stand or sit for prolonged periods of time; to occasionally stoop, bend, climb, kneel, crouch, reach, and twist.

Lift, carry, push, and/or pull light to moderate amounts of weight up to 30 lbs.

Operate office equipment requires repetitive hand movement and fine coordination including use of a computer keyboard.

Ability to stoop, crouch, and kneel on a regular basis

HOURS & WORKDAYS:

8:00 PM to 5:00 PM; Monday through Friday, before/after hours, weekends and holidays may be mandatory based on business needs.
