The ideal candidate will proactively assess and refine our fundraising strategy, lead the Fundraise Management team, and create actionable plans to drive investor engagement. This role entails facilitating critical decisions among diverse stakeholders, crafting and managing tailored investment strategies and marketing materials, and orchestrating a variety of investor-centric events. As a key representative in leadership discussions, the Senior Vice President will be responsible for building and mentoring a high-performing team, while collaborating closely with stakeholders to support the growth of junior team members. Candidates for the Senior Vice President of Project Management position should possess a postgraduate degree in finance, business management, or a relevant field, along with a minimum of 10 years of experience in fundraising for private fund strategies, particularly focused on closed-ended funds. Experience in infrastructure and renewables/transition asset classes is highly desirable. This role demands strong strategic insights, excellent communication abilities, and a proven history of success in investment and financial analysis. Applicants should have a background in institutional fund marketing, exceptional skills in Excel and PowerPoint, and experience managing high-volume processes with technology-driven solutions.
