The Data Quality Analyst will be responsible for maintaining and improving the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of data used in the healthcare supply chain. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams and ensure that data is collected, analyzed, and reported in a timely and accurate manner. You will be responsible for identifying and resolving data quality issues and developing strategies to prevent data quality problems from occurring in the future and work closely with stakeholders to ensure that the data being used is accurate and meaningful. Major Responsibilities
Support and uphold data quality policies, procedures, and standards for the healthcare supply chain organization. Analyze and support data quality assurance activities to ensure data accuracy, completeness, consistency, and timeliness across all data sets. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, resolve and prevent data quality issues, including data cleansing, data enrichment, and data normalization. Support the development of data quality metrics and reports to measure and report on data quality performance. Perform root cause analysis of data quality issues and provide recommendations for improvement. Requirements
Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or related field, required. 1+ year(s) of experience in data quality management, preferably in a healthcare supply chain setting, required. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, required. Experience managing multiple projects successfully, required. Strong attention to detail, required. Knowledge of healthcare supply chain data sources and standards, preferred. Understanding of data quality concepts and best practices, preferred. Experience with data management tools and technologies such as SQL, Python, R, and ETL, preferred.
