Responsibilities The Project Manager oversees the successful execution and delivery of projects, acting as the main communication link among stakeholders. They manage typical commissioning projects with minimal supervision, ensuring client expectations and project goals are met, providing a positive experience. Capable of managing projects of any size with standard complexity and schedules, including multi-phase design or construction, and domestic or international projects. Your Key Responsibilities

Drive project work, set priorities, procedures, scope, and schedule; coordinate team assignments; secure resources for commissioning disciplines. Delegate tasks to team members and oversee project lifecycle from initiation to closure. Develop detailed work plans, track project activities, and maintain documentation. Manage project finances and keep stakeholders informed. Lead commissioning activities, including field reviews, testing, and issue resolution for mechanical, electrical, and automation systems. Develop and execute functional performance test scripts and plans. Attend and facilitate project meetings. Ensure project compliance with contractual requirements and client expectations. Identify opportunities for additional services and manage client relationships to foster repeat business. Capabilities and Credentials

Strong knowledge of commissioning practices and best practices across disciplines. Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently. Domestic travel required; valid drivers license with a clean record. Education and Experience

Engineering degree or equivalent experience. At least 2 years of project management experience in related fields. Formal project management training preferred. Additional Details

Salary ranges from $75,100 to $108,900, depending on location and experience. This position is based in Chandler, AZ, with travel required.
