Beckett Collectibles is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Operations Analyst to join our team. The Operations Analyst will play a crucial role in optimizing our grading processes, improving operational efficiency, and ensuring the highest standards of quality and accuracy in our services. This position requires a strong analytical mindset, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with various departments.
Key Responsibilities
Collect, analyze, and interpret data related to grading operations, including turnaround times, error rates, and customer feedback. Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics. Identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement based on data analysis. Support capacity planning and tracking for each step of the grading process. Collaborate with the grading team to implement process improvements and standard operating procedures (SOPs). Analyze customer feedback and complaints to uncover opportunities to enhance the customer experience. Partner with the customer service team to build and maintain KPI dashboards. Lead and participate in cross-functional projects focused on improving operational efficiency and service quality.
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Data Analytics, or a related field. Proven experience as an Operations Analyst or in a similar role, ideally within a grading or quality assurance environment. Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau). Excellent problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively within a team. Familiarity with trading cards, sports cards, or collectibles is a plus. Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Seniority level
