Responsibilities
Position Overview
As part of the CIO organization, the HRIS Senior Manager will drive the evolution of our global Human Resources systems with a strong emphasis on SAP SuccessFactors technology and digital transformation. This strategic role blends hands-on configuration leadership with innovation, stakeholder collaboration, and operational excellence across the HRIS landscape
Key Responsibilities
Lead full-cycle HRIS project delivery including design, implementation, testing, go-live, and ongoing maintenance—centered on SuccessFactors modules
Serve as project lead for high-impact HR initiatives within the CIO area, collaborating across HR, IT, and external partners
Conduct needs assessments for stakeholders across Brightstar and support the HRIS Lead in developing and prioritizing the annual project portfolio
Coordinate a local team and collaborate with a global distributed team of internal and external HRIS professionals
Propose and implement innovative SuccessFactors solutions and enhancements that elevate HR capabilities and employee experience
Qualifications
Qualifications & Skills
Master’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related discipline
8+ years of HRIS experience, including strategic leadership; consulting experience is highly desirable
Expertise in SAP SuccessFactors, with hands-on experience across modules (Core HR, Talent Management, etc.)
SuccessFactors certifications are a plus and highly valued
Very good knowledge of global HR processes, HRIS governance, IT infrastructure, and data security best practices
Proven success in HR system implementation projects and portfolio management
Skilled in collaborating within international teams and managing cross-cultural stakeholder relationships

At Brightstar, we consider a wide range of factors in determining compensation, including background, skills, experience, and work location. These factors can cause your compensation to vary. The estimated starting compensation range is $90,746 - $200,000. The actual pay offered may end up being higher or lower. The Company will comply with all local pay requirements and collective bargaining agreements, where applicable.
Base pay is only one part of our Total Rewards program. Sales roles may be eligible for commission payments, while other roles are eligible for discretionary bonuses. In addition, we offer employees a 401(k) Savings Plan with Company contributions, health, dental, and vision insurance, life, accident, and disability insurance, tuition reimbursement, paid time off, wellness programs, and identity theft insurance. Note: programs are subject to eligibility requirements.
