As the Associate Director of Data Analytics, you will support all functions across our four Business Units in the US and Canada (Retail US, Franchise and Insurance US, Retail Canada) and Retail operations in seven Latin American countries. You will lead a talented team, drive data product strategy and execution, and harmonize data warehouses across the region. This is an exciting opportunity to leverage big data, inform business decisions, and propel Amplifon's growth. The ideal candidate is based in the Greater Dallas, Minneapolis, or Toronto metropolitan areas. Key Responsibilities : Lead and develop the analytics team Manage data products and operations Develop strategy and governance frameworks Manage stakeholder relationships and collaboration Oversee technical initiatives and innovation Qualifications include, but are not limited to : Bachelor's degree in science, technology, engineering, mathematics, business, MIS, computer science, or equivalent 7-10 years of experience in data, IT, business analysis, or analytics roles 2-5 years in a leadership role managing technical teams, preferably in a global, matrixed environment Experience in data solution design, modeling, and BI Experience with demand management, product ownership, and data service delivery Experience with data warehouse harmonization projects Technical Experience : Strong understanding of data architecture, ELT pipelines, and cloud-based data lakehouses Experience with cloud platforms (preferably GCP) and modern data stack tools (e.g., dbt, Airflow, BigQuery) Knowledge of BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Dataiku, Looker Studio) Proficiency in SQL and at least one programming language (Python preferred) Understanding of data modeling, integration, and ETL/ELT orchestration Preferred Skills : Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels, including C-level Ability to translate business needs into technical designs and prioritize workload Adaptability in a rapidly changing environment, proactive, flexible, and capable of managing multiple projects Compensation :
Estimated at $150,000 to $165,000 USD based on qualifications, plus annual bonus. For Canada-based roles, compensation will be in CAD.
