Adecco is assisting a Client for a customer service interface for both internal employees and external clients. Responsible for all service-related activities including sales order processing, returns (RMAs), warranty coordination, service center setup, contract support, and consignment procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver responsive and reliable customer service and technical support. Act as a liaison between customers and internal departments to ensure timely resolution of issues.

Manage the Returned Materials Authorization (RMA) process, including initiation, receipt, tracking, and closure.

Utilize the Data Works system to process sales orders, shipments, field service contracts, RMAs, warranty entries, and generate necessary reports.

Receive and process product orders from receipt to final shipment.

Occasionally provide customer service support to international clients; must be available for a flexible schedule when required.

Perform other duties as assigned, including participation in special projects or cross-functional initiatives.

Quality Systems Responsibilities:

Maintain compliance with all quality standards and procedures.

Integrate quality into all aspects of the role, ensuring processes align with internal and external compliance requirements.

Payrate:$15.00

Pay Details:

$15.00 per hour
