Job Summary Responsible for planning, defining, and managing the life-cycle of new AI-powered products and enhancements to medium and large product features within the digital banking portfolio of products and services.

SCHEDULE
Full Time
Help define and implement the AI roadmap, focusing on natural language interfaces, agent orchestration, and surfacing actionable insights.
Work with legal, compliance, and ethics teams on AI governance and responsible AI practices.
Collaborate with data science or ML teams, helping translate product requirements into ML problems.
Proficient in agile methodologies and involved in writing, prioritizing & refining user stories.
Create & drive new concepts, methods, technologies, requirements, and go-to-market strategies for products.
Lead & curate new ideas, creating an environment for innovation and incorporating viable ideas into the product roadmap.
Work with teams to create functional specifications, mockups, prototypes, and training materials for product launches.
Own roadmap for specific features, recommend projects and priorities.
Present and obtain approval from product leadership and senior leadership.
Maintain a deep understanding of the product and features, making decisions about the product lifecycle.
Analyze feedback, analytics, strategic goals, and the competitive landscape to inform product trends.
Manage medium to large products from conception to sunset.
Ensure products meet member, business, and market needs and KPIs.
Analyze data and behaviors to identify opportunities for enhancements.
Scope, prioritize, and size initiatives to drive value.
Advocate for target users, making decisions and writing requirements in their best interest.
Coordinate product releases, including communication, training, and change management.
Proactively communicate upcoming changes to stakeholders.
Collaborate with stakeholders and vendors to ensure successful product delivery.
Maintain relationships with key partners and contribute to vendor contract renewals.
Present and secure approval for new ideas, including feasibility and business cases.
Research market landscape and future trends for products.
Lead on the product management team, setting an example for others.
Perform other duties as assigned.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, and ABILITIES
Requires knowledge of AI fundamentals, experience launching AI-powered features, product management in B2C and FinTech sectors, and understanding of financial products. Skills include strategic planning, stakeholder engagement, data analysis, communication, and adaptability.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in business/technology or equivalent experience in financial services.
Other Skills and Abilities
Create engaging solutions and launch successful products.
Analyze and resolve problems effectively.
Stay updated with industry trends and innovations.
Work effectively with cross-functional teams and remotely across time zones.
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., MS Excel).
Self-motivated and able to work independently and collaboratively.
Adaptable to change and proactive in learning.
PHYSICAL ABILITIES / WORKING CONDITIONS
