Requisition ID: 70581 Date: Aug 4, 2025 Location: IN, Digtl & Tr Department: Digtl & Transfrmtion Description: Job Summary The Senior Associate, Functional Design and Architect is accountable for collaborating with the Digital and Transformation team across various locations to define, deliver, and support IT-enabled business solutions for the SAP module. This role involves determining business needs, designing, and delivering technical solutions, as well as handling delivery, maintenance, system configuration, enhancements, and production support in accordance with West Digital & Transformation policies and procedures. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Understand the overall vision and business needs to collaborate with the business in defining detailed requirements, interpreting issues, and recommending solutions or best practices. Use knowledge of best practices to define strategic direction, determine business needs, and design and deliver technical Plant Maintenance solutions. Provide technical delivery of functionalities to meet business requirements. Act as an essential member of agile sprint teams to configure and develop optimal technical solutions and features. Deliver system functionalities aligned with User Stories to meet business needs. Support and maintain systems in compliance with standards, policies, and regulatory requirements, including Sarbanes-Oxley and FDA GMP. Create and maintain system lifecycle documents, SOPs, SOIs, and Job Aids per West policies. Participate in the Change Control process. Adhere to all safety, policies, and work procedures, exhibiting punctuality and reliability. Perform other duties as assigned. Additional Responsibilities Experience & expertise in SuccessFactors Onboarding 2.0. Experience with bi-directional SAP HR / SuccessFactors interfaces and SF standard connectors. Understanding of EC mini master, RBP, and story reporting in SuccessFactors. Education Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Information Systems required.
