Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized, personable, and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our growing team. In this role, you will manage the busy front desk and work closely with subcontractors and project teams. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys multi-tasking while creating a welcoming and collaborative office environment. This position is responsible for administrative and office support activities including answering telephone calls, receiving and directing visitors, sorting and distributing mail, coordinating lunches and meetings, and other various administrative duties. This full-time position pays $22/hour and offers comprehensive medical benefits.
Responsibilities: Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and vendors in a professional and friendly manner. Answer general phone inquiries and direct calls to the appropriate staff members Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries. Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front office, meeting rooms, and common areas. Order and stock office supplies and coordinate maintenance needs. Assist with scheduling meetings and organizing office events. Assist in subcontractor/vendor payment compliance and distribution Work with project teams to verify information in project management system (Procore) Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; College coursework in communication, business administration or accounting is preferred. A minimum of 2 years of experience in an office environment is required. Must possess good communication and a strong customer service orientation Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
