Mission: Lead the strategic partnership with a key national supplier to accelerate mutual growth through integrated technology, increased order volume, and a robust referral pipeline, creating a best in class partnership that benefits JobNimbus, our partner and our customers. What You'll Be Doing: Own and deepen the strategic relationship with a top industry supplier, becoming their primary point of contact and trusted advisor Drive increased adoption of the supplier integration among contractors to grow material order volume Build a scalable referral program with supplier leadership and field organization that drives new customer acquisition and MRR Develop and execute a field engagement strategy by attending regional events, trainings, and supplier meetings Partner with internal sales, product, enablement, and marketing teams to align go-to-market strategy, field support, and co-marketing initiatives Track and report on key metrics including order volume, referrals, integration adoption, and field engagement performance Champion improvements to the integration by surfacing feedback from the field and working cross-functionally with Product Enable JobNimbus teams (Sales, Success, SDRs) with resources and training on supplier partnership value, workflows, and lead management What Makes You the Hero for This Job: 7+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or channel strategy, ideally in SaaS or building materials/field services sectors Proven track record of growing strategic partnerships that drive measurable revenue and customer adoption Experience navigating large, matrixed partner organizations and influencing senior-level stakeholders Strong understanding of field sales models and a passion for being on the ground to build relationships Data-driven mindset with comfort tracking KPIs like MRR, order volume, and partner engagement Skilled communicator who can clearly articulate value propositions and lead strategic planning discussions with partners Highly collaborative with a background working across Sales, Marketing, Product, and Success teams Excellent project management skills, you can own cross-functional initiatives from idea to execution
