What you'll be doing: Apply AI technologies to design and build products tailored for enterprise environments. Work on a high-performing agile team that embraces lean principles. Coordinate with product managers and designers to execute on our company values and product principles. Regular and consistent communication of progress on projects and tasks. Architect and oversee larger software development projects for the team. Mentor other developers on the team. Embed automated unit, integration, and additional testing seamlessly into your development process. Provide concise documentation to explain product functionality and improve technical communication between stakeholders. Ensure the team is following JobNimbus and industry standards. Collaborate across teams and contribute to the discipline as a whole. What makes you the hero for this job: 5-8 years of professional software engineering experience. Extensive experience in C#. Proficiency in Node.js for developing server-side applications. Experience with EF Core, microservice architectures, event-driven architectures, stream processing, and database management (SQL, NoSQL). Knowledge of Couchbase is a plus. Experience with containerization, orchestration, deploying scalable distributed systems, and AWS services (ECS, Lambda, DynamoDB, RDS, OpenSearch, CloudFront, S3). Strong understanding of RESTful API design, development, and consumption, including OpenAPI. Familiarity with DevOps patterns, CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code (Terraform), and observability (monitoring, logging, alerting). Experience with testing (unit, integration, E2E), security principles, and exposure to Domain Driven Design (DDD). Experience migrating from monolithic to micro frontend architectures. Background in platform engineering or building internal tools/services used across multiple teams. A passion for building core platform services. Bonus if you have: Experience with authentication systems (OAuth2, OpenID Connect, SAML). Designing or implementing fine-grained authorization systems and enterprise SSO.
