Requirements: Results-oriented leader with 3-5 years of Store Manager experience in a high-performance environment. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a caring approach. Sharp business acumen and analytical skills to deliver positive results. Skilled in recruiting, retaining, and developing teams, with experience in succession planning and internal mobility. Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365, KWI, POS systems, and applicant tracking systems. At least 18 years old, with proof of identity and work eligibility. Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays, with the ability to stand for extended periods.
