Job Description We are seeking a motivated Business Development Assistant to support our growth initiatives and sales strategies. This role involves working closely with the Business Development team to identify opportunities, develop proposals, and support relationship-building activities. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn the dynamics of business expansion. Responsibilities Conduct research to identify potential clients, markets, and partnerships Assist in preparing presentations, proposals, and marketing materials Maintain CRM records and follow up with leads Schedule meetings and support the coordination of business development activities Analyze sales and performance data to support strategic planning Attend meetings, take notes, and assist in action item tracking Provide administrative support to the Business Development Manager Qualifications Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field 1+ year of experience in a business development, sales, or administrative role (preferred) Strong written and verbal communication skills Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus Excellent organizational and time management skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively Additional Information Benefits Competitive salary ($55,000 - $62,000 annually) Professional development and training programs Opportunities for internal growth and advancement Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off and holidays Supportive and dynamic work environment
