Qualifications
8+ years in restoration design, hydrology/hydraulics, stormwater or environmental engineering. Professional Engineer (PE) License in California. Bachelors degree in Engineering (Masters preferred). Strong hands-on background in open channel hydraulics, environmental fluid mechanics, watershed processes, stream/wetland restoration. Experience using Civil3D, HEC-HMS, HEC-RAS, and GIS software. Experience managing complex, multi-disciplinary engineering projects.
