About the Role
The
Landscape Estimator
is responsible for reviewing project scopes, confirming work orders, and preparing accurate job estimates based on materials, labor, and vendor pricing. This person plays a key role in ensuring projects are profitable, executable, and aligned with HavenHub’s standards. You’ll work closely with the operations and sales teams to validate project feasibility and pricing before work is scheduled. Key Responsibilities Review project scopes, work orders, and design packages to generate accurate estimates Determine material and labor needs based on project specs, size, and site conditions Source and validate pricing from vendors, suppliers, and internal rate sheets Confirm subcontractor or crew availability and alignment with project costs Flag inconsistencies or missing information in project scope before job approval Collaborate with operations and sales to finalize job budgets and margins Maintain cost databases and update pricing based on market fluctuations Occasionally visit job sites to confirm measurements or validate site readiness Help improve estimating templates and internal processes as the business scales What We're Looking For 2+ years of experience in landscape estimating, construction estimating, or project coordination Strong understanding of turf, concrete, hardscape, irrigation, and general landscape materials Familiarity with vendor pricing, takeoffs, and labor budgeting Highly organized with strong attention to detail Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills; experience with estimating software is a plus Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across departments Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment Bonus: Experience working with subcontractors or managing field crews Compensation & Schedule Competitive hourly or salaried pay (DOE) In-office preferred (Newport Beach, CA) Why Join HavenHub Be part of a high-growth company shaping the future of outdoor home improvement Collaborate with a driven, supportive team across operations, sales, and production Help build systems that scale as the company expands Real opportunity for growth and career development Apply for this job
