BCG Attorney Search
A law firm seeks a Senior Counsel for Litigation in Manchester, NH. The role involves providing comprehensive legal services and supporting the development of other attorneys. The ideal candidate will have over 8 years of experience, with a strong background in legal research and complex civil litigation. A judicial clerkship is preferred.
Duties
Research complex legal matters and provide sound advice. Author high-quality written materials to support client needs. Represent clients in various forums, including court appearances. Collaborate with attorneys and staff both in-office and virtually. Mentor and support the training of other attorneys. Assign support work to associates, paralegals, and legal assistants. Present educational materials on latest developments in expertise. Accurately account for time spent supporting clients and the firm. Operate with autonomy and treat others with respect. Requirements
Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school. Admission to the New Hampshire or Maine Bar, maintaining good standing. Excellent writing skills and ability to provide written research results. Ability to provide advice on complex litigation topics. Demonstrated mastery of legal skills. Education
Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school. Certifications
Bar admission in New Hampshire or Maine. Skills
Strong legal research and writing abilities. Effective communication and collaboration skills. Ability to mentor and train junior attorneys. Eligible for a hybrid work arrangement.
