We found strong Product Market Fit in 2020 and just raised a $70m Series B in June 2024. We are looking to add a brilliant, entrepreneurial Transformation Manager to the team!

Our Gen AI Journey

Founded in 2017, we shipped multiple NLP/ML product iterations pre-chatGPT. In 2023 we rebuilt our core AI platform using GenAI.

Were not your average Gen AI startup, gradually layering LLMs on. Were all in. We have more than 15 unique LLM use-cases in production with 10+ LLMs under the hood. We have shipped multiple first-of-its-kind customer experiences including video workflow analysis, natural language analytics, complex table parsing, and table-matching. To date, we have processed 600,000+ documents through our GenAI platform.

Qualifications

Purpose of Role: Accelerate time?to?value for Klarity Architect customers by owning post?go?live adoption and supporting Sales on the pre?sales journey. This role serves as a bridge between Sales and Customer Success, focusing on translating field learnings into customer journey and product improvements. Core Competencies & Persona: Experience and exposure to structure: Transformation & Business Strategy, Process Engineering, Lean Six Sigma - Black Belt, Enterprise Program Management. They understand the importance of having just the right level of structure. But can think abstract and apply to various audiences: Executive Facilitation & Storytelling, User Journey Design, Customer Experience & Product. Technological self-starter: Understands concepts on AI/ML and actively uses it to build and solve problems. Outcome oriented and creatively scrappy: Hypothesize, hustle and hone. Knows when to bend frameworks, how to find 2 way doors and treats setbacks as learning opportunities. Portfolio / Span of Control: 10 - 15 enterprise prospects & customers | $3-5 M ARR ownership Collaborate and act as bridge between customer journey functions (Sales, Product, Engineering, Design) Key Responsibilities: Multiply the teams with your knowledge & experience, make it scalable with AI. Partner with AEs during the sales cycle (primarily discovery/value) meetings to identify pain, and create time to value plans. Lead onboarding & implementation, ensuring customers magically flow through Pain, Diagnosis, Treatment Plan, Health transformation milestones. The primary goal is to use the interactions, rapidly collect information and contribute to the product roadmap. AI friendly: Creatively integrate Strategy Deployment / Hoshin Kanri, Process Engineering, and Lean/ SixSigma concepts into AI workflows. Product first mindset: Capture repeatable patterns, requirements and bake into the Architect product backlog. Serve as the first escalation path for AI Transformation team and unblock delivery / CSM teams. Quantify implementation health & ROI for executive leadership Partner with Sales & Customer Success Managers on ARR expansion opportunities Primary KPIs: Time?to?Value (contract ? first transformation roadmap), Milestone Conversion Rate, Expansion / Renewal ARR, Implementation CSAT/NPS A 1-2 week work pilot is part of the application which will include: Partner with Sales on intro call simulation, value proposition (value dimension and value stream) and customer demo to develop incoming readiness bridge (used for customer implementation). Execute a customer onboarding cycle (Process hierarchy creation, environment setup, customer implementation plan, strategic configuration, handoff to CSM). Develop and present a feature recommendation for the Architect with a supporting business case.
